The Super G Welcomes, Julia Vallera. She will be residing at the Super G from June 2nd – June 8th. She drove her “color-wheelz”!
Julia is a part-time faculty member at Newschool University in New York City. Her interest in public art began as a graduate student in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design. As a designer/technical artist for Snoozer Loser Art Collective and New Acquisition, she frequently works on creating engaging and playful environments using thought provoking design. Her illustrations have been shown at Glasslands gallery, Supreme Trading and Chashama theater. Her animations have been featured in the International Children’s Festival and Krok Film Festival. Most recently, her work was presented in Conflux festival, Chronicle of Higher education, Epoca Design magazine and at EDULearn2010 conference.
